I was trying to find a royal blue car when I was looking for a project car. Pretty rare it seems.

As it turns out more rare than I thougt . I was told that the color is actually moon light blue paint code km my confusion comes from a few cans of touch up paint I bought by Dupli Color that is very close if not the same color. There are a few other early tours in my area the same color but mine is the only SE . It came from virginia though. Seems that i might need to change my screen name now?

Beautiful car. Love the color. I was going to go with the blue first, then decided to go with black. Had it ordered as black from the factory, and then the wife said, "HOLD UP!!" She explained that when we eventually went back to Florida, that she thought the sun was too hot for a black car. I thought back on my days as a young long haired punk mowing peoples grass with a buddy and his black truck, and how you couldn't even touch the side of the truck during the summer. So we decided to change during production and got a Toreador Red SE. I still love the Blue, but I am just as happy with my Red.
