so I have an early 98 mystique LS 2.5l V6 mtx. I love my car... its out run some real sports cars both on track as well as on the streets. I am on CEG and cardomain - freedumb35 on both

anyhow my car is stuck in 4th gear right now http://www.contour.o...ead.php?t=45071
so far it looks like I need to pull my shift tower off the bolt issue as per terry haines.. worried about damage when removing this thing as its in 4th gear. will I be able to release the shift fork without breaking the thingy inside
I have the disc as well as a haynes repair manual..
