I purchased this car as a second vehicle to supplement the upgrading of my Taurus. Altho the car is much more poorly built than I would have expected, it still looks HOT and was cheap. I really needed a second car because of the extensive amount of work I do to my other car.

I have grown to like this car alot. I prchased it for $2300 with a blown tranny. I replaced the tranny with a spare MTX-75 I had kicking around. So about $100 later, it was up an running (02 sensor and random fluids).

UPDATE:

On March 17th 2005, my 3L started right up with no problems for the first time!
Just waiting on some tuning!

Well its january 06' and the contour has 125k Miles....Purchased at 108K and 3L'ed at 111K. Knock on wood, but i think shes gonna be all right. Plus, i get amazing gas milage. I beat on her pretty hard and get 22 city and 28 Highway. If im nice i get 24 city, which aint half bad for runnin a race program all the time!
