Westmonster.... that's just a bit south and west of me by way of Lineboro and Manchester.

I saw a lowered, body kitted, silver SVT going north on Rt83 a few times lately.

Did it have CF hood? If so, that was ScottD's (Eldersburg,Md) old car...it belongs to a young fellow in Hampstead who I believe has it up for sale.

I believe it did Speed. I travel Hunt Valley to just over the PA line daily, and he's also a commuter by the frequency I see it.

There's an old man driven green one at the Mt Carmel exit, and a young local guy who's stopped into my shop that just painted his some kind of orange bronze. There's a red one down towards Timonium, and the white one that had the SE badge fenders on from Hartford County is the one I took the engine and trans from.

There's one more I'm unsure of near my town that's black with a silver trunk lid. No badges on it, but because it's got dual exhaust, I think it might have been an SVT. Sorta an old guy driving that one too. I'm an old guy.

My son (rac74) drives a black '98 CSVT w/3L but no silver hood...drives mainly around CC. My daughter had a '98 silver CSVT but traded it in for a Mazda 3.

Rac and I have been in touch about our ambisious projects, and he's told me about you. Nice to meet cha. I'd like to drop by some time and look your stuff over. My experience with Westminister is mostly rt27, but I've worked Oz and Ginny's and others in town over the years. I'm buds with the Hill family (truck drivers) on the road to Sykesville just off rt140. If you give me a landmark near you, I might have an idea where you're at. I'm on Main Street, Shrewsbury.

I'm actually the guy who bought Scott D's old contour, I did post it on Craigs list but i had no intentions on selling it. I was just seeing how much i would be able to get for it

I'd host a get-together at my place in Shrewsbury. Hey, I crave attention, and love to show off the project. Horseshoes in the yard, grill burgers, PA corn, Amish Mac salad, and Yengling Beer. Just me here since kids are grown. The G/F isn't interested in cars and doesn't come over very often. PM or e-mail with CC of all the guys who are in the Westmoster area, and if it doesn't seem too far to go, we could put it together. Gar

Yeah I'm down for a meet. It just depends on if it works with my work schedule or not.

Let me suggest the last weekend in July, or the first in August. Sunday might be the better "social" day since we all have fewer Saturdays than we can use. My parking pad could hold six cars, and several more can go on the lawn (bachelor lawn). Any small steel welding or fiberglassing jobs could be managed also as part of the day. Give your preferences to the day and weekend.

I've got a '98 SVT down in Gaithersburg. Would love to meet up with people in the area, just wish Shrewsbury wasn't so far. But if Jnr or Speed decide on a get-together around Westminster, I'd be up to drive out - just shoot me an email.

A chance to get together this Saturday for the Westmonster/Baltimorons. There's a hick Demolition Derby in Arcadia (just south of Hampstead, MD, rt 30) July 12, 4PM. Lawn chairs and coolers. Here's the link:
