There is something next to the window defroster? Any idea?

if your vehicle had traction control that is where the defroster switch would be as the tc switch would be where the defroster is now.


what you have is something aftermarket.

It's the Low-IQ light..... comes on when someone sits in the seat and flips random switches trying to figure out what the light is.

I think I will pop it off later. I think there is nothing behind that. Maybe just glued on it?! I got other problems first.

I popped it off. There is wire going to it, but it is?! I haven't seen it on. Maybe some fake alarm? But it has immobilizer so I don't know why?

Unrelated, but didn't want to start a new one. Could something hold this up? Glue?

squeeze the sides together so it holds tighter, then press it back onto the lip of the sunroof hole. If that doesnt help, squirt some silicone sealant into the weatherstrip and before pressing it onto the lip.

Thank you. Pressing it together with a pair of pliers worked. However, it is a bit short. Probably shrank over time. It's ok. It will hold.
