I have a 2000 ford contour. Can anyone tell me the location of the Blower Motor Resistor? I have a manual, yet it doesn't locate exactly where it is. Do I have to take the blower motor out in order to reach the Blower Motor Resistor? I thought it would be by the motor itself, but having trouble locating it. Is it black or white?
Also, I looked behind the glove box, thinking it was there, but could not find it. Any ideas?

Okay, I found it. How in the heck do you get a screw driver into the T-screw to get it out?

I use a small 90 degree phillips screwdriver to get the screws out.
