does anyone know if the pedal covers from the focus or mustang will work on the pedals in the contour?

It's hard to say. The late model Cougar's had pedal covers that would work. You could try those.

thanks for the suggestion dom, but those cougar pedals were hard to get when the cougar was new 10 years ago... that said, i thought i'd direct my search to models that are more current for ease of locating the parts... however, if you know how to get a hold of some cougar pedals, please point me in that direction! :) i think i might have to just get aftermarket pedals to fill that need for new pedals...

There's alot of Cougars around that are being parted out or already in the boneyard... That should make it easier.

yah, i've been meaning to get to one of the local bone yards to pick out some parts but just haven't really made the time to go... those cougar pedals were on the S and C2, the higher end models or something... hopefully there are some of those laying around in the bone yard with the dead pedals to match... /crosses fingers...
