Hey everyone! First off, i would like to say I have come to like this forum alot. Ive been on Contour.org quite a bit and a few other places (like here) for extra help. I now finally need some help from everyone and i understand that this post may not be in the right spot.

So, the problem.... I have been restoring my 98 csvt for quite some time now and my latest repairs kinda put me into a hole. I had a lower intake man. leak and my LIM secondary intake linkage was busted up. Well, these problems were fixed, but in the process of removing all, (and i mean all) of the vac lines, no matter how careful i was, they all ended up braking like glass. Considering that some of the lines broke the 90 degree rubber elbows, it kinda limited me in rigging up new lines using the existing elbows. Now im not a certified mech, but i know my way around working on vehicles. But that doesnt mean im not open to suggestions. If anyone can give me an idea as to what i can do, or if anyone might have a full set of vac lines i could buy, please let me know. I would be overly thankful. I have a csvt addiction and im jonesing to get this thing back on the road. :)

You can buy vaccum hose at any autozone or advance auto in how ever long you need
and can also buy the elbows you would need also.if that helps any

True. But I didn't realize that they would even sell the elbows. Never really asked. Now I know of at least one elbow where I splits from one larger hose, to four standard hoses. Would they sell something like that? Or some kind of splitter? Personally I'm not a big fan of red necking things together. That's why I have been searching for oem for so long. But alas.... Sometimes oem items like this are a lost cause. Lol

Yea they also sell ones to change sizes they have them in the help section most of the time.
Or where the pcv valves are. They look like factory pieces

I may have a spare vacuum harness... What year and fuel system?

It's a 98 csvt with stock fuel system which I believe is a return system

Oh and I need to make a correction, it's a 98.5. Don't think it makes a difference.

Update: Been doing more searching on hoses etc, and a buddy of mine directed me to www.hosecandy.com. Looking at this, im very impressed with the setup i could do. I have been looking at getting the Master kit, the stage 2 silicone hoses (which i guess stage 2 just refers to the amount of length), and the spider (hexy) vacuum manifold.

Anyone have thoughts on this, or would anyone prefer a different direction on their vehicle?
