Hey are there any CSVT or Contour owners out there who want to do a Northwest area run once the weather turns good? Say in May or June?

I've never tried to organize one of these things but am willing to if I can find at least a few people interested. PM me if you're interested.

I'm interested. We have a pretty good group of us in the Northwest, but we haven't had a decent group together for a meet in a little while. This is something we really need to do.

Im in the Portland area. While there are owners spread through the region, it seems meets happen either in the neighborhood of Seattle or Portland. Woogie, Aussie, Groovenerd, Shotwell are very frequent attendees close to Portland (my apologies to those not listed. Rob? Shorty? Where's that Marine, Aussie?). Shotwell, Aussie and Groovenerd sometimes make the Seattle meets. About things to do, places to go, etc around here, if any of you recall my bud Pat with the pnp/tweaked 2003 SVT Mustang a few years ago at PIR's late night drags,... his wife loosened his leash and he now has a 2009 Shelby GT500. My guess is he's getting drag radials this spring. My CSVT is retired from racing until the money tree blossoms. Shotwell's got a Quaife if he gets his car running right...

Like those other two gents implied we do need to get a meet set up but as we have in the past known, it doesn't need to wait til good weather.... IF we did that around here we'd sure miss out a lot.... LOL

Hey guys...you know I'm always up for a meet!

It's just this pesky job that keeps me from coming now and again. I have this upcoming weekend off (after my honeymoon) but then work the next five weekends in a row.

im down for a meet im new to the tours, i come from dsm's and use to meet up everyother weekend and do bbq's at the local dsm shops, miss it but would be cool to see some fellow tour owners seems there is not alot, i have a freind with a 2000 svt that would be down, ive never seen any other SVT's in the area, just mine and hers

Excellent! I'd love to be active like that. 10 years ago it was pretty active, but interest has waned unfortunately. The cars are just getting old.

That said there's a few of us who really love these cars and/or just can't seem to get away from them!

So let's get a meet together guys! At least a mini meet? I'll just park next to a random 'tour and take pictures...instant mini meet!

Keep checking the boards. If you're interested in working on one of these (or just watching) there's nearly always something going on.
