1995 is an OBD1 car and the PCM is incompatible with the newer styles. Unfortunately there are very few options ( none really anymore to upgrade that year ).

It ran before the harness was replaced, but never fired after?

Well, depends on the engine harness then. If the PATS is tripped by the harness being incorrect - That can do weird things. How long was the car sitting before the engine swap was done? These pumps have a nasty habit once they have mundo miles on them of failing. Check for the prime signal to the pump at the pump body (test for positive voltage for 1-2 seconds at key on).

In Topic: Oil Leak, What is It?

I've recently seen a few 2.5L's leaking from the oil pan gasket itself. However I see alot more valve cover leaks than oil pans... They seem to be picking up lately.
