I have a '99 CSVT that has throttle rising problems. This does not occur all the time, just randomly. Driving normally, when I engage the clutch, the throttle rises from current RPM (2500) to 4000 RPM and sticks. That causes a major issue, since I have to ride the brake to maintain slower speeds. This continues for an unknow amount of time. When I go back on a random day and it runs normal. The only code I get is for EGR valve, which has been showing up for over 2 years, much longer than current problem. I have changed TPS from Oreilly's, but problem still occurs. I have cleaned Throttle body with similar results. Anyone deal with this or have any suggestions?
