Under the front part of the seat bottom there are two U shaped metal bars that snap into plastic clips. Grab a hold of the seat in that area and pull up. Then pull the seat foward and it should come out. As for the size of the torq screw IIRC it is either a 45 or 50. Here is a pic.

Don't waste your money, I bought one of those several years ago and the only difference I noticed was that my gas milage went down.
